Let me introduce myself

I am a qualified project manager and experienced relationship manager. I have worked in a range of public sector and community sector roles where I have learned to communicate with a wide range of audiences.

I am currently working as the Agency / Congregation Relations Mangager for UnitingCare Victoria and Tasmania (UCV&T), the community services of the Uniting Church in Australia. The core of this role is representing UCV&T in property negotiations and documenting formal agreements between UnitingCare Agencies and Uniting Church Congregations. I am also responsible for maintaining the UCV&T website, laying out e-news, developing resources and finding viable models of cooperation between agencies and congregations.

After completing my Bachelor of Arts I spent six years with the National Australia Bank working my way from an administrative position via project management to business banking. My most senior role saw me approving loans and managing deposits for over 300 customers. This time gave me an indepth understanding of all aspects of banking and greatly improved my time management under pressure.

My strengths are in creative problem solving, interpreting complex data, and translating between different modes of thinking such as management / technical staff or professionals / volunteers.

While I am happy in my current role, I am always open to discussions about future work possibilities.
